The room had a strong smell of smoke, which was quite unpleasant. Additionally, there were a lot of stairs to climb and the room was quite far, making it difficult for older or disabled individuals.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The concierge promptly fixed our TV when it wasn't working. The location was perfect, within walking distance of San Marco square and Rialto Bridge. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with soft sheets. we highly recommend this hotel for a great experience in Venice.
